Sales Associate
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays
- Utilize effective phone etiquette when handling customer calls and inquiries
- Communicate product features, benefits, and promotions to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate in multiple languages, including (multilingual or preferred)
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in electronics or wireless sales, is a plus
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred
