As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for representing AT&T and promoting its products and services in a variety of businesses and customer-facing environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly, approachable manner to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Promote and sell AT&T products and services, including wireless plans, accessories, and new technologies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Drive sales by meeting and exceeding monthly performance goals, including individual sales targets and team objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the local community to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Stay informed about the latest AT&T product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Collaborate with fellow team members and leadership to improve sales techniques, enhance customer engagement, and develop new strategies for success.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the AT&T brand with integrity and enthusiasm.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree is a plus.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail, telecommunications, or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for technology and a genuine interest in helping customers find the right solutions.
- Must be flexible with scheduling, including weekends and evenings, to meet customer needs.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the Pensacola area as needed.
