Noble Academy Columbus, a 3-Star School in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a dedicated Middle School English Language Arts (ELA) Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. This role will inspire and equip students in grades 6-8 with the literacy skills necessary for academic success through engaging, rigorous, and student-centered instruction. Your Role & Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging ELA instruction aligned with state standards.
• Foster a love for reading and writing through interactive and student-centered learning experiences.
• Utilize data to differentiate instruction and meet the diverse needs of learners.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to implement best practices and interdisciplinary connections.
• Provide timely and meaningful feedback to support student growth in reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Integrate STEM concepts and project-based learning strategies into literacy instruction.
• Build strong partnerships with families through regular communication and engagement.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and supportive classroom environment that encourages creativity and academic achievement.

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• A valid Ohio teaching certificate/license (or in the process of obtaining one).
• Experience teaching middle school ELA preferred.
• A passion for literacy, student growth, and interdisciplinary learning.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to student success.
• The ability to use data to guide instruction and differentiate learning.
