Position: Community Outreach & Enrollment Coordinator

Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic Community Outreach & Enrollment Coordinator to build relationships with families, community organizations, and local businesses to promote awareness of our school. This role will focus on increasing student enrollment by attending community events, managing enrollment initiatives, and enhancing public knowledge of the school’s mission and programs.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage families and the community in school events and enrollment opportunities.

· Represent the school at community events, fairs, and other public gatherings to promote enrollment.

· Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, businesses, and stakeholders.

· Create and distribute marketing materials to increase public awareness of the school.

· Coordinate open houses, tours, and informational sessions for prospective families.

· Work closely with school leadership and administration to support enrollment goals.

· Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and enrollment trends.

· Utilize social media and other digital platforms to enhance community engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

· Passion for education and community engagement.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Experience in marketing, public relations, or outreach (preferred but not required).

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

· Organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Comfort with public speaking and representing the school at events.

· Familiarity with enrollment processes and/or previous experience in a school setting.

· Basic proficiency in social media and digital communication tools.

· Bachelor’s degree
