Duties of this Role
The Executive/sales Assistant is responsible for making sales calls for new contracts and managing day-to-day daily activities as required. This position also requires planning and executing directives to achieve company goals. You must be self-motivated, organized and professional. You must devote full and exclusive time and attention to meet or exceed the company goals.
Daily Responsibilities
- Making Sales calls to get new contracts. Training will be provided.
- Set Sales goals for each week. Provide executive team with projections for sales.
- Assist Admins with day-to-day activities such as scheduling interviews, managing employees’ files, Timesheets and so on as Required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business and communications.
- Knowledge of marketing and healthcare industry.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
Pay Rate: $23-$25/hr commission.
Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
