Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of patient care processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a surgical scheduler or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with insurance authorization processes.
- Experience with Medicare, Medicaid and Commerical Insurance Plans.
- Preferred Experience with ECW.
