In this role, you will support image labeling efforts by reviewing and annotating images as part of a complete product subjected to FDA regulations.

Responsibilities:
General Responsibilities include:
- Use computer programs to review labeled images and decide to reject/accept them
- Annotate anatomical structures on medical images after being trained by an expert
- Analyze data to provide statistics and observations
- Document the reviewing process and record observations to assist the team in improving the process
- Assist engineers in creating educational tutorials to explain good practices and provide examples of quality output
- Perform quality assurance duties regarding labeled images and frames from surgical videos
- Perform filtering and quality assurance on surgical videos to separate good/bad videos
Required Qualifications and Abilities:
- Good computer knowledge and skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
- The ability to work independently in a self-motivated capacity
- College degree (university or technical school) or currently enrolled in college
- Strive for addressing challenging problems to improve the patient outcome
- Ability to work at a computer for several hours per day
- Ability to find patterns between complicated data and organize information to organize the workflow
- Basic knowledge of ophthalmology is a bonus
- Exceptional communication skills and documentation
- Be on site at least 90% of the work time at Malibu office
- Part-time position - Must work at least 20 hours per week
