The Role : Driving Technical Sales Excellence
As an Industry Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, leveraging your technical expertise and business acumen to develop new opportunities and strengthen client relationships. Your primary responsibilities will be :
- Proactively identifying, qualifying, and capitalizing on new business opportunities through market research, networking, and customer engagement.
- Building and nurturing long-term customer relationships, positioning Horizon Systems as a trusted partner.
- Negotiating and structuring deals that align with both customer needs and company objectives.
- Diagnosing complex customer challenges and engineering tailored solutions that drive efficiency and performance.
- Working cross-functionally with engineering, project management, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Educating and consulting with customers, translating technical details into clear, compelling business value propositions.
- Continuously refining sales strategies based on data, customer feedback, and evolving market dynamics.
- Traveling 25-50% (13 to 26 weeks per year)
