What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist and Optometric Assistant position at Horizon Vision Center?
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people. This job entails performing duties of an optometric assistant which includes greeting patients, bringing patients back to exam room, performing pretesting on patients, automated retinal photography, other automated testing and dispensing glasses, contacts, computer data entry, scheduling appointments, pulling and filing charts, answering phone, etc. Some optical, optometric or receptionist experience preferred, but we will train an outgoing, personable, confident applicant. Must enjoy helping and working with people in an exciting, full filling work environment. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am till 5:00 pm. Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
