Responsibilities
- Facilitate scrum events and ensure adherence to agile principles and practices.
- Coach and support the Scrum Team in achieving high performance and self-organization.

- Resolve team impediments and enhance transparency and collaboration across teams.
- Track progress and assist the team in meeting their commitments and goals.
- Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and road mapping.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of agile practices within the organization.
Skills
- Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Proficient in agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to foster a trusting and safe environment for team discussions.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications in project management and agile methodologies (e.g., PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP).
- Experience in various agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
- Knowledge of financial controls and budget tracking in project management.
- Background in software development life cycle models.
