Associate Manager, Architecture

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Project Manager. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting retail architecture projects while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate project-specific scope by translating client standards into actionable project documents.
• Collaborate with landlords and local authorities to secure necessary permits for store remodels.
• Maintain and update prototype layouts and support documentation related to architectural and structural specifications.
• Conduct existing building surveys and assessments to inform project planning and execution.
• Manage consultants and direct reports to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
• Facilitate communication across multiple teams to translate design directives into site-specific solutions.
  
  
  

Skills

• 3 years of experience in design, architecture, or engineering within a retail environment.
• Strong understanding of construction documents and project management principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
