Responsibilities
- Develop and test code to deliver functionality that aligns with business objectives.
- Implement features from the product backlog and ensure they meet business needs.
- Size user stories and conduct unit tests, create automated test scripts, and execute all testing-related tasks.
- Test deliverables against user story acceptance tests and execute necessary project documentation.
- Collaborate closely with other teams, including infrastructure and security partners.
- Follow industry-standard agile software design methodology for development and documentation.
- 3-5 years of experience in an engineering role.
- 1-3 years of experience in agile development.
- Proficiency with CA7 scheduler and COBOL Batch.
- Experience in conducting system analysis and working with MF technologies such as Cobol, DB2, JCL, CICS, VSAM, and GDG files.
- Scrum certification.
- Experience with test-driven development and software test automation.
- Strong teamwork skills and experience with web services.
