Director Capability

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Capability. This role offers the opportunity to lead a talented team and drive impactful digital product initiatives that enhance patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of product managers and product owners to deliver features and enhancements for patient experience.
• Lead the onboarding and migration processes for new Care Delivery Organizations (CDOs) to ensure successful implementation of digital solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, designers, and engineers, to align on product initiatives.
• Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap focused on improving patient interactions and outcomes.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient engagement and satisfaction, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to update them on progress and gather feedback for ongoing enhancements.

Skills

• Proven experience in team management and leadership within a digital product environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in creating executive-level presentations.
• Proficiency in software tools such as Aha, Miro, and Figma.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the healthcare industry or with patient engagement solutions.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
