Experience Designer

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Experience Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will create human-centered experiences that enhance our customers' interactions with our digital and human solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present engaging, strategic ideas that align user needs with business goals throughout the user journey.
• Utilize human-centered design methods, including design-thinking and service design, to inform the research and design process.
• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to enhance design strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective experience architectures.
• Create and optimize design artifacts such as wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Participate in user interviews and usability sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and design principles across all deliverables.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Five to eight years of relevant work experience in UX or the digital industry, with at least one year in a leadership role.
• Thorough knowledge of user experience best practices and interactive design principles.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and work independently in an agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with service design and design thinking frameworks.
• Familiarity with CSS and responsive design.
• Experience working in a cross-channel environment, including mobile and desktop platforms.
• Proficiency in common design software.
