Instructional Designer/Content Writer

We are seeking a talented Instructional Designer/Content Writer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to create engaging learning materials that empower sales teams to excel in their customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials for both virtual and in-person training sessions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Create clear and engaging written content tailored for a sales and clinical audience.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify learner requirements and develop customized instructional solutions.
• Utilize instructional design principles to enhance the overall learning experience.
• Develop assessments and evaluation tools to measure learning outcomes effectively.
• Edit and proofread content to maintain high quality and consistency.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in instructional design and content writing.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of multimedia design and development.
• Experience with various learning formats, including facilitator and participant guides.
• Familiarity with conducting needs assessments and analyzing learner requirements.
