Jr. IT Analyst

Our client is seeking a dedicated Jr. IT Analyst to join their team. This role is 100% onsite at our client's location in Cottage Grove, MN, with working hours from 8am to 5pm.

As a Jr. IT Analyst, you will be responsible for the IT infrastructure at the site, which may involve workstation support, telecom, printers, server support, and/or networking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, deploy, install, migrate, order, patch, replace, support, and triage site infrastructure, including WINTEL/LINUX NetPC, standard and process PCs, and manufacturing printers (HP, Zebra, etc.)
• Provide telecom support, including Ethernet, LAN/WAN, firewall, routers/switches, Cisco, TCP/IP, VPN, and wireless
• Offer standard and local software support, including MS Office 365, Microsoft Teams, etc.
• Perform ITSM, MOC, and 24/7 pager support, maximizing site-related HW/SW resource uptime
• Maintain dashboard expectations for PCs, ITSM tickets, site telecom, and PC/server vulnerabilities
• Attend and comply with all plant IT and production, FDA and GMP, corporate IT, and safety required training meetings and activities
  
  Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Two to three years of IT infrastructure experience supporting Windows PCs, printers, and basic networking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and IT infrastructure
• Familiarity with VPN, Ethernet, Cisco, TCP/IP, HW/SW, Thin Client, Wireless, CITRIX, Microsoft Teams, LAN/WAN, server support, and telecom RF
