Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs and expectations
- Enhance accounting function efficiency through technology improvements and integrations
- Work with end users to identify and roll out solutions that automate recurring manual activities
- Increase the efficiency of treasury function by automating the wire processing pipeline
- Collaborate with the Technology team to increase integrations to business unit operational systems
- Lead system implementations and enhancements to support business operations
- Provide user training and support for financial departments
- Monitor and evaluate the performance, usability, and feedback of the products
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in financial systems and technologies
- Bachelor's degree in financial systems management, finance, accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a systems analyst or a similar role in a financial environment
- Advanced knowledge in SQL, Excel, XML, and other data analysis tools
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials and Hyperion
- In-depth knowledge of banking and wire Integrations
- Experience with GenAI tools like Microsoft CoPilot in a finance environment is strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and internal controls
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and processes
