We are seeking a talented and motivated Manager of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers the opportunity to lead innovative strategies that enhance user experience and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the CRO strategy from ideation to execution, focusing on increasing core KPIs across various channels and campaigns.
- Conduct client presentations to showcase key insights, actionable recommendations, and the impact of optimization strategies on business goals.
- Oversee the configuration, administration, and operation of Adobe Target to support multi-channel tests.
- Develop and implement A / B and multivariate testing and personalization strategies aligned with client business objectives.
- Assess and audit current testing and personalization programs, preparing detailed project and test plans.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness through robust data analysis and iterate on testing plans as needed.
- Provide consulting and roadmap for website optimization and customized experience strategies to clients.
- Collaborate with developers and UX / UI teams to configure personalization elements and finalize content for testing.
