Marketing Automation Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about leveraging marketing automation to drive growth and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the deployment and management of the marketing automation platform across the organization.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to translate requirements into effective campaigns that meet business goals.
• Build, test, and launch email marketing programs while ensuring compliance with global regulations.
• Manage email deliverability, database hygiene, and subscription management to optimize user engagement.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and ROI.
• Support the integration of marketing automation with CRM systems for effective lead management.
• Analyze performance metrics to enhance email engagement and overall marketing effectiveness.
• Provide training and support to users of the marketing automation platform.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in executing B2B or B2C marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in marketing automation or email marketing platforms.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Suite and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with email campaign execution and basic HTML coding knowledge.
• Familiarity with optimization processes and A/B testing methodologies.
• Ability to work in a global organization across various time zones.
