Network Planning Engineer II

We are seeking a talented Network Planning Engineer II to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to manage network elements and contribute to innovative projects in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage network elements for DWDM and data primarily in the metro space, ensuring optimal capacity utilization.
• Prepare network augment plans and specifications by gathering field data.
• Submit capacity and harvesting augments as necessary to enhance network efficiency.
• Create complex network designs from limited raw data with minimal guidance.
• Support the acquisition and implementation of hardware and subcontractor services as needed.
• Encourage open communication and foster a positive work environment among team members.
