- Manage network elements for DWDM and data primarily in the metro space, ensuring optimal capacity utilization.
- Prepare network augment plans and specifications by gathering field data.
- Submit capacity and harvesting augments as necessary to enhance network efficiency.
- Create complex network designs from limited raw data with minimal guidance.
- Support the acquisition and implementation of hardware and subcontractor services as needed.
- Encourage open communication and foster a positive work environment among team members.
