Responsibilities
- Prepare, track, and manage all client subscription documents and relevant paperwork for alternative investments.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and external investment sponsors to ensure timely resolution of client paperwork issues.
- Answer account documentation inquiries and establish client accounts on firm systems.
- Verify that all documentation received from clients complies with regulatory and compliance standards.
- Maintain workflow procedures and onboarding documentation.
- Communicate and collaborate closely with client-facing Service and Sales teams to provide high-quality service.
- Work on special projects as necessary, such as automation-related projects or new business lines.
- Analyze and solve problems both independently and with the team.
- Monitor and escalate onboarding issues to ensure a high-quality response to clients.
