- 7 years delivering technology change within complex large-scale institutions
- Self-sufficient with the ability to motivate and direct
- Good leadership and communication skills, problem solving capability under pressure
- Strong stakeholder management skillset, including people skills to influence a wide range of stakeholders
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and politically complex programmes
- Full lifecycle experience from project initiation to rollout and retrospectives
- Understanding of both Waterfall and Agile delivery
- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organisational skills
