- Guide and coordinate the work activities of designers and offshore resources.
- Participate in internal client meetings, providing guidance and solution-oriented support.
- Support operations logistics for a team working on presentation decks, microsites, UX/UI work, marketing assets, and video production.
- Regularly communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure project alignment with their objectives.
- Develop and refine processes tailored to customer needs, including project plans, scopes, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Effectively allocate resources to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
- Collaborate with marketing peers to establish design and production expectations for projects.
- Review brand guidelines and advise customers on alternative solutions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects with competing priorities and strict deadlines.
- Attention to detail for managing program elements, progress, and timing.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and apply business rules and concepts.
- Proven experience in marketing with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Knowledge of fundamental project management concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Experience with project management tools like Optimizely and Monday.com.
- Familiarity with workflow management systems like Aprimo.
- Knowledge of database solutions like Salesforce.
