Sales Process Analyst

Job Description

POSITION PURPOSE :

The Sales Process Analyst is responsible for assessing requirements and identifying solutions for current sales workflows and processes that will deliver scalable, sustainable results. By working with people, processes and technology, the Sales Process Analyst improves the effectiveness and quality of sales systems, data reporting and business processes. The Sales Process Analyst also will be responsible for change management that requires clear communication, documentation, and training for all sales operations and solutions. Sales operations and solutions include the business processes, sales systems and tools including shopping, quoting and enrollment, CRM, sales enablement and reporting that are utilized by all Sales teams.

ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• Conduct planning meetings with subject matter experts to identify opportunities and gather requirements
• Coordinate activities and discussions with vendors and business partners
• Serve as the liaison between management and the business subject matter experts
• Act as the point of contact and communicate status updates on development and changes
• Use project management tools to track schedules and milestones
• Create and maintain user documentation and desktop procedures
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed to ensure timely, high-quality execution
• Coordinate CRM reporting efforts including the creation of comprehensive dashboards, performance metrics reports, and sales pipeline reporting
• Responsible for maintaining the Sales CRM, this includes monitoring sales use of the system and maintaining data integrity
• Develop and maintain process documentation
• Act as liaison between Sales and internal technology partners for general sales system support tickets
• Facilitate user adoption across sales channels for efficient sales process that enable growth and support the defined customer experience
• Provide end user training of the sales process, sales systems and sales tools and ongoing support
• Represent sales in various operational meeting and projects
• Support the communication and delivery of requirements with relevant stakeholders
• Work closely on project activities associated with the implementation and development to support annual product launches, sales readiness and ongoing enhancements to the storefront under the direction of the Supervisor, Sales Operations Solutions.
• Participate in other tactical planning and implementation as assigned

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
