Senior Scrum Master III

The Scrum Master is responsible for guiding and supporting agile development teams in delivering high-quality products that meet business and technology objectives. This role requires a servant-leader mindset with a focus on empowering teams and enforcing agreed-upon agile principles and practices.

Key responsibilities include:

• Facilitating Agile Processes: Guide and support the team in adhering to agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Product Backlog Management: Collaborate with Product Owners to identify, prioritize, and manage the product backlog.
• Sprint Planning & Execution: Facilitate sprint planning sessions, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Risk Management & Issue Resolution: Identify, mitigate, and resolve impediments that may hinder team progress.
• Team Empowerment: Foster a collaborative and productive team environment that encourages self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders (e.g., Product Owners, development team, management).
• Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on sprint progress, team velocity, and key performance indicators.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve team efficiency, productivity, and product quality.

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
