Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems.
- Maintain, enhance, and automate existing ServiceNow applications for improved performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow.
- Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow developer with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow, React, CSS, SCSS, and other relevant web technologies.
- Experience with full-stack development, including both front-end and back-end technologies, including AWS.
- Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with database management and SQL.
