- The Ecosystem Team will focus on integration between EHR software and custom digital properties, identify how to create cross-system and end-to-end observability, methods to ensure reliability, and improve resiliency across the ecosystem.
- This team will operate in a scrum way – but will be directed by an Architect rather than a traditional product PO.
- System analyst needs to have technical proficiency, documentation skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills as their work will connect product teams, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- Less important is scrum story writing – although understanding the big ecosystem picture (systems thinking), and breaking it into workable pieces is needed.
