We are seeking a talented and motivated Sr Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to innovative data analytics projects that support various business teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy data analytics programs and processes for operational data stores.
- Collect, interpret, and aggregate data from diverse sources to support analytics initiatives.
- Develop data tools such as dashboards and visualizations using SAS and Power BI.
- Utilize business intelligence and statistical software to build solutions and perform data analysis.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed, recognizing problems and recommending solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and business needs.
Skills
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in programming with BASE SAS, SAS/Macros, and Proc SQL.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to work with large datasets and relational databases.
- Proficiency in SQL query development and programming in Python.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and experience with data visualization tools.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced SAS programming certification.
- Experience in developing data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI.
- Familiarity with healthcare data and data processing technologies like Databricks.
