Job Description
- Senior Product Manager (CJO)
- Deep understanding of Customer Journey Orchestration and customer touchpoints across channels to create journeys
- Knowledge and experience of working with personalization journeys across channels
- Experience on working with any Journey orchestration tool like Adobe Journey Orchestration or Treasure Data's Customer Journey Orchestration
- Experience in driving the discovery in Martech space with focus on Journeys and possible integrations
- Able to drive the Features and Epics level details for the requirements and execution phases
- Thorough knowledge of systems integrations and different Integration patterns
- Good to have - Personalization enablement experience with a retailer
