Sr. Project Manager - Implementation Support

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of innovative solutions in a healthcare setting. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely with occasional travel, making it ideal for those who thrive in a flexible work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation and interfacing of healthcare solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and client needs.
• Coordinate with application specialists to provide guidance on lab workflow recommendations and best practices.
• Lead projects through all phases of the laboratory information systems lifecycle, from planning to go-live support.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and work plans, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders to enhance system functionality and address any issues that arise.
• Record and track project progress, providing updates to supervisors and stakeholders as needed.

Skills

• Proven experience in project management within laboratory information systems.
• Strong knowledge of Epic Beaker and related lab applications.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Client’s Preanalytics, Powered by Indexor solution.
• Certification in Epic Beaker CP.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and practices.
