Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation and interfacing of healthcare solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and client needs.
- Coordinate with application specialists to provide guidance on lab workflow recommendations and best practices.
- Lead projects through all phases of the laboratory information systems lifecycle, from planning to go-live support.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and work plans, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders to enhance system functionality and address any issues that arise.
- Record and track project progress, providing updates to supervisors and stakeholders as needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in project management within laboratory information systems.
- Strong knowledge of Epic Beaker and related lab applications.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Client’s Preanalytics, Powered by Indexor solution.
- Certification in Epic Beaker CP.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and practices.
