Support Engineer

We are excited to offer a fully remote opportunity for a Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and eager to contribute to innovative solutions in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support GCP-based Key Management Service (KMS), including scripting automation.
• Provide hands-on engineering expertise for in-GCP SecuPi infrastructure, including Management Server and enforcers / agents.
• Streamline installation and business-as-usual tasks through automation and process enhancements.
• Support systems security, including SSH keys and certificate renewals.
• Embrace mentorship and training from senior engineers while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document technical specifications and project artifacts for systems support.
