Responsibilities
- Act as a representative of the corporate IT Infrastructure team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across various business units.
- Manage and resolve incidents using ServiceNow, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Coordinate the staging, installation, and configuration of new or upgraded systems.
- Document business requirements, use cases, and system requirements to support infrastructure products and services.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to understand and document business needs and system functionalities.
- Develop test plans and coordinate testing for new systems prior to deployment.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Utilize Azure DevOps to manage assigned work efforts and keep records current.
