Our client is seeking a dedicated Technical Program Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in safeguarding our client's websites and protecting the trust and privacy of their shoppers.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive multi-year strategy to combat bot and DDoS attacks across our client's retail websites.
Implement a layered defense approach, coordinating efforts across edge, border, and origin services for traffic tagging, classification, and prioritization.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with AWS and industry partners to stay ahead of emerging threats and implement cutting-edge solutions.
Spearhead the adoption of emerging technologies such as ML, AI, and LLMs in our security infrastructure.
Basic Qualifications :
4 years of technical product or program management experience.
5 years of working directly with engineering teams.
5 years of software development experience.
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Preferred Qualifications :
4 years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects.
Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
