UX Content Strategist

Our client is seeking a dedicated UX Content Spec/Strategist to join their dynamic team. This role requires a hybrid work model, with three days per week in the office. The ideal candidate will be available for work between 8 AM and 6 PM, with core hours from 9 AM to 5 PM in their local time zone.
 

As a UX Content Spec/Strategist, you will apply and update existing content strategies to accommodate new products and campaigns, ensuring that content is correctly and accurately implemented across digital platforms. You will write, edit, and implement content based on the content strategy, including voice and tone, and customer-/business-centric site goals.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Experience Strategy leads and UX team members to identify and meet the content demands for various projects

• Formally observe user interviews and usability sessions

• Analyze and understand end-to-end customer experiences to ensure content consistency in voice, tone, and construction

• Assist in gathering requirements and assessing content needs of a given project

• Update content logs, copy documents, CMS, and other documentation systems

• Provide strategic content recommendations and writing/editing support for UX teams, product managers, business lines, and other content stakeholders
   

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in content strategy, UX writing, and UX architecture

• Passionate about punctuation and grammar

• Experience with user-centered design from concept to delivery

• Experience working in a cross-channel environment, including desktop/laptop, mobile, devices, and brick-and-mortar locations

• Knowledge of content strategy and UX best practices

• Excellent problem-solving skills
