Job Responsibilities
- Knowledge of raw and ground codes
- Calculate and weigh the proper amount of each type of meat and seasonings per batch
- Any and all other duties as assigned by the department supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
- Basic math skills
- Ability to keep accurate records
- Must be ale to identify different types of products
- Good communication skills
- Good work history
- PHYSICAL: No restrictions pushing 500-pound v-mags
- No restrictions prohibiting working in a 35-50 degree environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous related machine experience
- Working knowledge of ground, sausage and branded retail areas
