Job Purpose: To gain real world experience and exposure to the private accounting sector by supporting many different departments, helping them carry out their business transactions and projects.
Responsibilities:
Will focus on assignments within one of the following areas:
- Cost Accounting
- General Accounting
- Internal Audit
- Tax
- Business Unit Finance
Requirements:
- Must graduate in August 2025, December 2025, or May 2026 and major in Accounting and/or Finance with a 3.0 cumulative GPA and a major GPA of 3.3 preferred
- Possess strong analytical and communication skills
- Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
- Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa
- This position will require access to and/or the utilization of a personal motor vehicle to get to and from the workplace.
Location and Hours:
- Position is based out of our Corporate Office headquarters in Austin, Minnesota
- Position is approximately 40 hours per week beginning late May and ending mid-August
Compensation/Benefits:
- Competitive wage
- The base pay range is $20 to $22 per hour; however, actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location
- Paid housing allowance
- Reimbursement of all expenses incurred on the job
