Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate orientation and other trainings for new and existing employees.
- Translate (verbal and written) as needed.
- Maintain personnel records (maintain confidentiality of all records and information)
- Must be able to work with Oracle, ADP, AwardCo, Alchemy and any other systems in HR.
- Departmental announcements at break with Team Leaders.
- Bring employees to their appointments (work related).
- And any other tasks asked from your manager or tech.
Minimum Qualifications
- Great interpersonal skills
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently.
- Bilingual skills verbal and written (Spanish/English)
- Team Player
- Great attendance record
- Must be able to be trusted with confidential sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Base knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc...
At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and it dertermained within a range. The base hiring pay range for this role is between $20.62-$28.87 per hour, and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location.
