SHARED SERVICES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR - CORPORATE OFFICE (AUSTIN, MN)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide procurement support for our transportation team; back up to other commodity area as assigned.
- Administrative support functions for supplier communications, purchasing documentation, records maintenance, and other items.
- Manages weekly/monthly forecasts
- Manage documents for Shared Services team.
- Performs other duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- 2 years in administrative support role or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a variety of software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Oracle experience a plus.
- Proven ability to quickly learn additional software.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Ability to upload and maintain supplier / rate data within transportation management system.
- Capability to gather and analyze data that assists in decision making.

At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for this role is between $18.36 - $25.73 per hour, and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location
