What are the responsibilities and job description for the CFI Weigh Ups- 3rd shift position at Hormel Foods?
SKILLS REQUIRED
Able to read and understand instruction.
Basic math skills.
Physically able to lift 50 to 60 pounds.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
To efficiently and accurately perform the duties required in a safe, sanitary, and productive manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Correctly weigh ingredients and prepare for production with no delays.
2. Verify correct paperwork, product, lot numbers, and quantities.
3. Label bags properly to meet CFI and regulatory requirements.
4. Follow CFI policies, safety rules, Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing
Procedure, and ISO9001 procedures.
5. Observe and report possible equipment maintenance to your supervisor.
6. Maintain positive working relationships with supervisor and co-workers.
7. Assist in all other duties assigned by supervisor and / or management.
Normal Shift Hours - 10 pm - 6 am Sun-Thurs OT on Friday's as necessary
Pay Rate - P3 plus an additional $1.25 per hour shift differential
Start Rate - $21.10
1 YR - $21.60
2 Yr - $ 22.00
