• Leads team members by managing and executing plant processes.
• Manages team members in attaining sanitation, production, and quality goals.
• Ensures appropriate resources (including materials, equipment, and staffing needs) are available to maintain sanitation schedules.
• Supports continuous improvement processes to ensure that goals in safety, quality, cost, and customer service are met.
• Creates and maintains an engaged and team-oriented work force to improve business results.
• Supervising department setup and tear downs and conduct preoperative inspections.
• Provide for relief of the supervisor in his / her absence.
• May be initially assigned to one area of the plant operations but requires the ability to work flexible shift hours and departments in accordance with the needs of management.
• Requires the ability to take on other such work assignments which include but are not limited to, computer data entry, timecards, work scheduling, Safety and GMP compliance audits, etc.
• Ensures safety training, procedures and observations are conducted daily for all employees.
• The position is very hands-on; supervisors are usually in the production area "on-their-feet" about 80% of the shift monitoring and supporting their team with guidance.
• Position will be focused on administrative responsibilities such as assisting with Master Sanitation schedule, audits, and other administrative duties.

Requirements :

Salary : The base pay range is $60,000 to $70,000 per year; however, actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
