RESPONSIBILITIES :
The person in this position :
- Achieves established sales tonnage & product mix goals in the assigned territory by effectively calling on distributors and other accounts.
- Supports the generation of additional sales by effectively calling on and making presentations to distributors, brokers, and end users (restaurants, schools, hospitals) in the territory. This person also develops plans and makes sales calls to new accounts.
- Utilizes available promotional programs to maximize sales returns as compared to promotional dollars spent.
- Executes all administrative responsibilities assigned to this position in a timely manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures.

Pay Range & Benefits :
At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for this role is between $77,800 - $109,000 per year, and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location.

LOCATION : This position will cover our territory in Orange County and will report out of our office in Irvine.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS : Travel may be necessary 25% of the time.
