- Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to read schematics.
- Physical stamina to lift over 40 lbs.
- General maintenance knowledge and experience in the mechanical field.
- Excellent communication and reading/writing skills in English.
