Senior Business Application Development Analyst
Hormel Foods Corporate Services, LLC seeks a full-time Senior Business Application Development Analyst responsible for planning and coordinating Identity Access Management (IAM) application activities for Hormel Foods and its stakeholders; designing IAM solutions that meet SOX requirements for logical security audits; planning, prioritizing, and managing projects, service requests, and routine assignments associated with IAM system activity; maintaining IAM architectural direction with key technology stakeholders across Hormel Foods and guiding technology projects to make use of IAM technical solutions; working closely with the IAM Program Manager and Human Resource System owners to ensure proper integration takes place between the Human Resource Information Management and the Identity Access Management core systems; driving IAM related project requirements and specifications for existing and new system integration initiatives; designing, deploying, implementing, and maintaining integration with critical applications and infrastructure; building and deploying certification campaigns and bulk provisioning activities based on business requirements; working with Vendors, Wintel Engineers, and Application teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; coordinating and executing the deployment of IAM application version updates; collaborating with various application administrators to document system details, produce end-user knowledge and plan future state; and building and maintaining IAM program standards, templates, and deliverables, including reports required by Hormel Foods business constituents. May telecommute from any location in the U.S. HQ in Austin, MN.
