RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide technical support in the field as a member of the management team responsible for live turkey production.
- Work with an entire team of skilled veterinarians and nutritionists to support company and contract turkey farms.
- Develop and maintain preventative medicine and general turkey health management programs.
- Plan and execute detailed projects and focusing on improving health and performance.
- Provide key support to basic processing to maximize the yield of wholesome turkey meat
- Through leadership, development of competencies, training, and effective role modeling, personally embrace our Cultural Beliefs to create experiences, beliefs, and actions that will drive our key results.
QUALIFICATIONS : Required
Preferred
TRAVEL : 15% overnight travel to include continuing education and team manager meetings, 75% daily travel to farms
LOCATION : Barron, WI Area

At Jennie-O / Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for this role is between $120,000-$168,000 per year, and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location.
