Key Responsibilities:

• Product Packaging: Ensure accurate and efficient packaging of turkey products.
• Maintenance Tasks: Maintain machinery and equipment to prevent downtime and optimize production.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and control the quality of produced products to meet customer expectations.
• Collaboration: Work with colleagues to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.

Working Conditions:

• Shifts: Work 10 to 12-hour shifts on concrete floors in temperatures ranging from 32 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Physical Demands: Perform repetitive motions such as twisting, turning, bending, and reaching; lift items up to 25 pounds.
• Personal Protective Equipment: Wear personal protective equipment, including a hair net, hard hat, ear protection, safety glasses, boots, etc.
• Team Environment: Work with large groups of people as a team.
