At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for this role is between $19.35 - $21.00 per / hour.
Work week : Sunday - Thursday & Fridays as needed
Shift description : 12 : 00AM - to line time
Job Responsibilities
1. Back-up Poultry transfer worker
2. Lifting birds and hanging birds.
3. Transferring live birds from truck to conveyor.
4. Picking feathers
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Ability to work in extreme conditions : heat, dust, odors.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Ability to twist and turn throughout shift.
