At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for this role is between $19.35 - $21.00 per/hour.
Work Week: Monday - Friday Saturdays as scheduled
Shift description : 6:30AM - 4:30PM
Job Responsibilities- Operate machine/equipment (make adjustments to machines as necessary).
- Set-up equipment, tear down as needed.
- Be accountable for tools.
- Communicate with Supervisors and mechanics.
- Ensure product meets quality specifications.
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills a must.
- Able to communicate well in English, read/write/speak.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Currently or able to become lock-out/tag-out and jack certified. * Must be able to work independently and under pressure.
