Job Purpose :
Marketing Interns will gain real world experience for a Brand Management Marketing intern in our Retail and Foodservice Marketing divisions working with a variety of our well known brands!
Responsibilities : Provided opportunities to work in key areas such as : Developing and executing marketing plansDeveloping plans to increase brand penetration, pricing strategies and advertising projectsNumerous opportunities to interact with all parts of the organization, including presenting to senior managementRequirements :
Must graduate in August 2025, December 2025, May 2026 and major in Food Marketing or Marketing with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA preferredPossesses strong analytical and communication skillsDemonstrated leadership and persuasive skills are necessary for success in this positionPossesses a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spiritMust be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United StatesApplicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visaMust be comfortable with the preparation and consumption of a variety of Hormel Foods Products which may include but not limited to pork, beef, chicken, turkey and nutsThis position will require access to and / or the utilization of a personal motor vehicle to get to and from the workplace.Location and Hours :
Location is based on business needs at the time an offer is madePosition approximately 40 hours per week beginning late May and ending mid-August
Compensation :
The starting rate for this role is $23.50. This position has a strong benefits package including 401(k)and match, Wellness Program, paid time off, paid housing allowance, and more.
