As a Regional Sales Manager in our East region, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth and building strong relationships with customers. Your strategic approach and leadership skills will help shape the direction of our sales efforts, aligning with customer goals and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Continuously assess customer needs and develop action plans to drive growth
• Collaborate with Sales Strategy to develop comprehensive account plans, including forecasting and trade budget management
• Lead business development across pricing, promotion, shelf management, and distribution
• Effectively manage business responsibilities, including forecasting, internal and external communication, reporting, and administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in consumer-packaged goods industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to create and negotiate long-term business relationships
