At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for this role is between $19.35 - $21.00 per / hour.
Work Week : Monday - Friday Saturdays as scheduled
Shift description : 6 : 30AM - 4 : 30PM
Job Responsibilities
- Operate machine / equipment (make adjustments to machines as necessary).
- Set-up equipment, tear down as needed.
- Be accountable for tools.
- Communicate with Supervisors and mechanics.
- Ensure product meets quality specifications.
